Warranty Policy

Overview
All products purchased from EUNI come with a manufacturer's warranty. We stand behind the quality of every product we sell and will work with you to resolve any warranty issues promptly.
Warranty Periods
- Electric Unicycles: 12 months from date of purchase (motor, controller, frame). Battery warranty is 6 months.
- Accessories & Safety Gear: 6 months from date of purchase
- EUC Parts: 3 months from date of purchase
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Electrical component failure under normal use
- Structural defects in frames or housings
- Motor or controller malfunctions not caused by misuse
What's Not Covered
- Damage from crashes, drops, water submersion, or misuse
- Normal wear and tear (tyres, pedals, grip tape, brake pads)
- Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorised third parties
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, scuffs, dents)
- Damage caused by use outside the manufacturer's specifications (e.g., exceeding weight limits, riding in extreme conditions)
- Battery degradation from normal charge cycles
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue
- Provide photos or video showing the defect
- We'll assess the claim and respond within 2 business days
- If approved, we'll arrange repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation
- Shipping for warranty claims is covered by EUNI within Australia
Australian Consumer Law
This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
